Meet Our Team
Jesse Renteria
Benefits Consultant
Jesse, originally from Visalia, California, has built a successful career in the insurance industry. His early passion for baseball earned him accolades, including First Team All-WYL and East-West All-Star MVP honors. After a career-ending injury, Jesse transitioned to the insurance field, earning his Health and Life license in 1998. He has since grown a $40 million insurance agency in Reno, Nevada, leveraging his competitive spirit and dedication to provide businesses with technology-driven solutions and proactive service.
Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his family, often attending competitive soccer games and hosting friends with gourmet meals. A lover of movies, he has curated an impressive Apple TV library of over 100 films. Jesse also enjoys exploring new restaurants and catching the latest movie releases. Committed to giving back, he volunteers at Calvary Downtown Outreach, where he helps prepare and serve meals to the homeless, staying grounded by offering a hand-up to those in need.
Robin Rider
Commercial Account Executive
Robin Rider joined the Alera Group in 2019. She has 19 years of experience working as an Insurance Broker with a specialization in Property. Robin is responsible for underwriting, designing, broking and implementation of Property & Casualty insurance programs for Real Estate accounts. She reviews client data, benchmarking and running various analytical tools to design property insurance programs for our clients. She works with companies in various industries such as Complex Real Estate, Gaming/Hospitality, Manufacturing, Public Entities, Aviation, Retail, Technology and Telecommunication.
Robin's most recent position was a marketing representative with Philadelphia Insurance Companies. This carrier experience has given her the insight into the minds of underwriters and has helped improve her market selection as well as tailored her submission to carriers requirements. Robin spent most of her career, 13 years, at Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Client Manager/Broker with the Metro DC Property team servicing Real Estate clients focusing on large property and builders' risk. Prior to joining Willis, Robin held client manager positions at her father's business, Rider Risk Specialists Insurance Agency in Cape Cod, MA and a regional broker, Knapp Schenck Insurance Agency in Boston, MA.
Jessica Rider
Account Manager
Role: Service large commercial lines accounts, provide insurance support and education to insureds, and offer guidance and assistance in obtaining adequate insurance coverage
Certifications and Designations: CISR Designation
Producers License (MA,NV)
Education: Bachelors Degree, Emmanuel College. Boston, MA.
Volunteer for Rochester Youth Baseball League.

Jackie Roberts
Customer Service Representative
Jackie Roberts joined the firm in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative. She is responsible for managing client renewals, certificate of insurance and claims processing for the Commercial Small Business and Personal Lines Divisions. With over 5 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, Jackie is dedicated to insuring that our clients insurance needs are being met accurately and efficiently.
