    Since 1987 you may have known us as AIA, or American Insurance Administrators, or as one of our three core divisions: AIA Property & Casualty (P&C), Benefits Resource Group (BRG), or as Benefits Broker Solutions (BBS). You may have heard something about us becoming part of Alera Group in 2017. But we are all one company, and now we are aligning our name, our brand, our new look, and our new website to reflect that strong one-company story.

    Sarah Foreman

    Personal Lines Account Manager
    Sarah Foreman

    Sarah is a Personal Lines Account Manager who serves as a trusted liaison between clients and insurance carriers, ensuring each client receives the most suitable coverage for their needs. She joined our agency in February 2026 and brings more than 20 years of industry experience. In addition to her extensive background in personal lines, she is licensed in Life, Accident, and Health insurance.

    Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Shippensburg University. Outside the office, she enjoys attending church, spending time with her son, and taking long walks with her dog.

    Stacy Fry

    Regional Sales Operations & Performance Manager
    Stacy Fry

    Stacy is the Regional Sales Operations and Performance Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region, where she leads initiatives to optimize sales performance, streamline operations, and enhance the client experience across mid- to large-sized employers. With over a decade of healthcare expertise, Stacy partners closely with producers, marketing, and leadership to align strategy with execution, helping clients approach benefits and employee experience in innovative and effective ways.

    Outside of work, Stacy is a wife and proud mom of two. She is a public speaker and an active member of her organization’s Women’s Empowerment Committee, where she supports efforts to advance and connect women in business. Stacy holds a Resident Producer License in Health, Life, Accident, and Fixed Annuities.

    Tyler Gray

    VP of Benefit Analytics
    Tyler Gray

    Tyler joined the team in 2014 and serves as a VP of Benefit Analytics. Having spent the beginning portion of his professional career working for a highly-respected actuarial consulting firm, Tyler is able to bring a rare variety of analytical skill sets that are utilized throughout our Employee Benefits division.

    He is responsible for the coordination of the financial modeling and reporting throughout our proprietary portfolio of data analytics. The responsibilities include utilization of our actuarial database to validate cost projections, budget forecasting and reconciliation, and detailed analysis of all medical and pharmaceutical claims utilization associated with client deliverables.

    Tyler holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Actuarial Science from Albany University and holds a Pennsylvania Insurance Producer License for Life, Accident and Health. Tyler has also achieved four examination credits toward the distinguished honor of an Associate in The Society of Actuaries (ASA).

    Ryan Grogan

    Plan Administrator, Employee Benefits
    Ryan Grogan

    Ryan joined Alera Group in January of 2023. Ryan processes MERP™, FSA, HSA, and Debit Card Claims, assists customers with account questions, processes weekly reimbursements, and assists with Plan Renewals. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University who enjoys spending time with family and friends and golf.
