Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Paula oversees the operational strategies of the agency and manages budgeting, human resources, and carrier relations.  

Paula’s goal is to make sure that the agency is optimizing time and resources so that team members can devote their full energies to serving clients’ needs. Prior to coming to Wilson, Washburn & Forster, Paula worked for a large broker as a Program Manager handling construction wrap-up projects throughout Florida.  Following that, she held positions in local Jacksonville agencies as an Account Manager and an Account Executive.  Paula has also served in the Florida Army National Guard and held various roles as a leader and trainer for Girl Scouts.  Paula’s experience has given her a valuable perspective in the management style needed to effectively guide our agency.
