As Vice President of Operations, Vikki oversees the operations strategies for the agency. She brings with her a reputation for effectively managing the financial responsibilities and coordination of facilities as well as efficient agency workflows and attention to detail. With 17+ years of executive insurance experience, Vikki’s goal is to make sure that the agency is optimizing time and resources so that team members can devote their full energies to serving clients’ needs. Her commitment to organizational management along with investment in employee growth equip Wilson, Washburn & Forster to excel in providing our clients with the best customer service experience possible. Additionally, as part of the executive team, Vikki is a licensed agent with WWF and brings her extensive knowledge to helping businesses craft an insurance program that works to protect them.

Earning a BA in Business Administration from the University of Florida, Vikki is a proud Florida Gator.
